Visual Studio: Visual Studio 2017 Community (15.9.6) / Visual Studio 2015 Enterprise (update 3)
This extension: 1.4.90
Angular CLI: 7.3.8

Description

When using Angular CLI commands, no output colors are shown.

I had used madskristensen/WebPackTaskRunner for a good while, and was spoiled by the color output support of that extension:

After recently switching projects from webpack to vite (which is a lot faster and has better ergonomics throughout), the one thing I do miss in Visual Studio is color output with the NPM task runner.

Therefore, I wholeheartedly second this feature request and hope it might be implemented soon.
