When I load Ionic 3 project and run this tool it will list all "tasks" from package.json files in node_module folder Thats not what I need

I need to run tasks from package.json located in root folder

i am not interested in node_module folder !

also, right-clicking the package.json file and Task Runner Explorer DOES NOT EXIST in context menu:
