Can you make it work when right clicking on a file or folder in Source Control Explorer #2

I like the extension but I was surprised when I tried to use it in Source Control Explorer that it was not the menu. I would love to be able to use VSTS source control with VS Code by making selecting the folder I want to open VS code within Source Control Explorer.

also please add to the context menu of the editor window

Also give it a shortcut key.

It would be create if it worked with Solution Folders, as well as when in Folder View mode.

How can one add a menu item to this folders in a Visual Studio extension? If I get a hint and it is desired, I would be happy to provide a pull request.
