shortcuts doesn't appear in intelisense or snippets in Ctrl+K Ctrl+X #1

Description

Can't get the snippets to work. Disabling reSharper doesn't work either.

Steps to recreate

  1. rcc6 Tab Doesn't work
  2. Ctrl+K Ctrl+X React Snippets Option doesn't appear

Current behavior

Just No way to get the snippets that I see

Expected behavior

Well Its should work
