On code --install-extension SVG_Viewer_v1.0.8.vsix the install errors with:

(node:20586) [DEP0005] DeprecationWarning: Buffer() is deprecated due to security and usability issues. Please use the Buffer.alloc(), Buffer.allocUnsafe(), or Buffer.from() methods instead.
extension/package.json not found inside zip.
Failed Installing Extensions: SVG_Viewer_v1.0.8.vsix

Using VS Code v1.33.1.
