Missing support for .rdl files #300

These are SSRS RDL files. There is no syntax-coloring. Further, it would be nice if VS switched to T-SQL syntax-coloring for the T-SQL portions. Thanks!

Microsoft SQL Server Report project files. XML with the most important nodes being SQL queries.
