Implement support for mapping custom file extensions to supported highlighting types (something similar to Visual Studio's one at Tools | Options | Text Editor | File Extension).
Current behavior
Visual Studio has a feature of mapping custom file extensions to specific editors:

Unfortunately, this extension does not add newly supported highlightings to this list nor does it have its own configuration for this.
Expected behavior
This extension should:
either add its supported editors so that a user can customize the associations via standard VS options;
or allow a user to configure this extension to associate custom file extensions with the supported highlightings.
