Missing support for .sc2 & .vc2 files #530

.sc2 & .vc2 are extensions of "binary to plaintext file" converted .scx & .sct and .vct & .vcx Visual FoxPro files respectively. These should be treated the same way as .prg Visual FoxPro files. Could you please add these?
