Enable Mouse Wheel Zoom not working #103

This feature does not work on my instance. Turning it on or off has no affect, zooming is permanently disabled with this plugin installed.

I am unable to reliably reproduce this. Sometimes it seems to work and other times now. Closing for now as I cannot directly connect this extension to the issue.
