Ability to remove Safe/Presentation mode from Jump List #20

I don't personally have any need to ever launch VS in presentation mode or safe mode. For me, these new options in the jump list are adding too much clutter.

Could we have an option to prevent these new items from being in the list?

In light of #18, I would like an option to completely disable messing around with the jump list.
