No debug on F10/F11 works in reverse

When the "No debug on F10/F11" is set to True, F10 starts the debug (also F11). When is set to False the F10/F11 keys do nothing.

Thanks! I changed the name of the setting to match the boolean value. Now it makes sense again 👍
