Installed product versions

Description

Validation (CSS 3.0) @at-root is not a known @ directive

Steps to recreate

using @at-root in any scss get the above warning

Current behavior

this is a SASS 3.3+ i think, and web compiler

Expected behavior

Web Compiler show upgrade the SASS compiler to utilize the new standards.
