How to fix "Site cannot be installed: Page is not served from a secure origin"? #96

How to resolve the next problem? I get an error in the web dev console of the browser: Site cannot be installed: Page is not served from a secure origin. But PWA works fine. This error in the web console spoil my site rating in the LightHouse.
