CssSorter not implemented? #184

I couldn't find any reference to CssSorter within WE2015 (while it is in WE2013). Is there any reason it's not included?

Wondering because I can't sort my properties within CSS and Less files (the site says the feature exists on WE2016).

In an attempt to clean up my created issues that have not been processed or updated over a year, I'm closing this issue. If this issue is still relevant, please reopen another issue.
