Boostrap intellisense doens't work in all types of projects #214

Hi I'm using https://visualstudiogallery.msdn.microsoft.com/6eb51f05-ef01-4513-ac83-4c5f50c95fb5 to create a PHP project with Visual studio 2015 (+Web Essential) I've notice that boostrap intellisense doens't work in any type of files of this project: .php or .html (bootstrap is added ) If I create a new project from VS File-New-Web site and add boostrap,for that,suggests works fine how to force Web Essential to give class suggests to any html/php file? thanks

Seems to work only if boostrap.css is in the root
