Looks like it is broken. If I remove "salsa" Engine, it does not allow me to edit any JS file I had to remove the cache folder for VS 2017 to be able to edit a file. This will remove any extension I have installed. I removed "C:\Users[USER]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\VisualStudio" and go back to work
