Trying to install.. nothing happens? #28

I downloaded and attempted to install the .vsix for this extension but once I select the file through the extensions menu, nothing happens. The "open" dialogue window goes away, and that appears to be it. I am running VS 2017 1.15.1 x64

The latest version support VS2017 Update 3 or newer. Please update both VS and Web Essentials
