Show progress of webpack compilation

Hi again! It's small feature request from me. You can add --progress to webpack run command, so in console will be displayed nice progress bar. Thank you!

@sochix I agree that this feature would be useful. Unfortunately, Task Runner Explorer's console doesn't support it very well at this time. Here's the obnoxious mess that you would see:
