webpack visual studio 2017 not shown #39

Tried to install it in VS2017 I faced the following: although it was installed, it's not shown on extensions. I reboot VS but still not shown it. Trying to install it again it says that it is already installed. So, the way to run it is via console.

Conclusion: webpack installed but never shown.

Confirmed that the extension does properly appear in the VS 2017 extensions list.
