What about "/etc/bash_completion.d/"? #46

Please provide info about how to include/use package dependent completions
shipped to "/etc/bash_completion.d/".

It for example includes very handy git-completions and other not available
in bash-completion-lib.

Is there already a solution? Or will completions have to be converted
manually? Can one somehow register these additional completions to be used?
