Fix CI after upgrading to Xcode 15.3 #589

CI is broken because I was a little hasty in upgrading Xcode to 15.3 before https://github.com/actions/runner-images/issues/9459 is resolved, opening this issue to track it.

https://github.com/actions/runner-images/issues/9459 has now been resolved, and CI has been fixed in 8b010d19a62adb4f5524878e7715c40424a23bf0.
