Addition of AR-15 Sheet Metal Lower Receiver from Jack's Flat Spot #23

This is a model of the sheet metal lower receiver originally made by Jack's Flat Spot. The dimensions were pulled from a kit in 2013 using calipers and gage pins, so the parts are close, but probably not perfect. Also included are upper and lower receiver models from cncguns.com that were used to check for fitment.
