Canadian here so can't sign up at Defense Distributed to download them. If they're not here does anyone know where to find them?

Currently it does not to my knowledge.

If I had the funds I was planning on releasing a torrent but I need more hard drives and what not to obtain DD files

Almost every file on DD can be found on the Developers odysee page, or someone elses who uploaded it.
