error on seconds counter #65

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. i put a starting date of 850 days

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the seconds counter start at 99 seconds every time, not 60

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
last version, windows xp, chrome.
