Pixabay image plug in getting error #2

This used to work but now only get "Error! Response with status: 0 for URL:null" Can you help me fix it? I removed the add in and added it back and still the same issue. image

Hi - This is Michelle from the Microsoft Office team. We are also getting reports of the issue outlined above, but are only seeing it happening on the PPT Native app. It works as expected on PPT online as well as Word (Native and Web). Is this something you can investigate and fix?

Thank you all for notifying me about the issue – the fact that we have now narrowed it down to PowerPoint is especially helpful! I'll look into it soon.

Not working on my Word (365 subscriber).

Hi everyone,

Thanks again for the detailed error reports! Unfortunately, the issue happens because of a change in the Pixabay API, so I cannot simply fix it on my end. I'm working with Pixabay to get it resolved for you 🤞
