Add medals earned to menu #265

The highest medal earned needs to be visibly seen on on the course buttons or somewhere else I don't know.

I can make images for them if that's what we need.

[x] Make the medal images
[x] Check the best time on the course when loading image and display the medal associated

Yep we need images and then I can write the code.

Added some tasks to the issue

@ParadiddlePete Nice - just looked at the medal. I like how we have the old conc on there lol. It makes it look like the rounded concs are the "hot new thing".

idk why I keep using that image. I think it's a clever easter egg until I see it's already everywhere.

If the image is too low res, let me know and I'll make a bigger version. I wasn't sure how big you wanted it so I made it relatively small.
