The custom course art assets need to be updated.

[ ] Add normal maps/specular to worldview shader.
[x] Add light models for decoration.

I updated the obstacle material to have a gel look. The only problem is the textures won't scale properly unless it uses the worldview shader. I need help adding normal maps to the worldview shader.
