Add FOV slider to options #306

Players need to adjust the field of view settings to best match their monitor size/aspect ratio. It is a setting located on the player prefab camera (main menu camera should not be altered).

Going too high and too low can cause graphical/performance issues. I recommend only 5 degrees above/below the default setting (90)

While no slider has been added, I went ahead and increased the base FOV slightly to function on 16:9 aspect ratios. That's the most common and what our UI is designed for.
