Add Concmination match start behaviour

• [x] Add in start barrier prefab
• [x] Add in start switch prefab
• [x] Add in start switch script
• [x] OnTriggerEnter, start a timer of 15 seconds
• [x] When timer hits the end of 15 seconds, remove start barrier
• [x] Add ability to enable/disable beacons
• [x] Enable beacon on game start

• As a host I would like to start the concmination match timer by touching a switch
• As a player I do not want to be allowed to capture any beacons prior to match starting

Players will be restricted to the "start area" of the map until the start match timer has finished.

When the start switch has been hit then a timer from 10s will start to countdown When the start timer has dropped below zero then the game will start
