Add beacon model #325

Beacon model for new game mode.

The Beacon model should change color to indicate which team controls it.

Beacons should have an infinitely tall pillar of light in the color of the team that currently controls it (or white) so that other players know where they should go next.

Added the beacon model + 5 skins. Also added the particle effects for them.
