[Feature] show starting direction of Kurve #19

Show an arrow, or have the starting Kurve be a bit longer than just a dot. When you are randomly created next to a wall, or another curve, it can lead to quick collisions, without having the time to react.

@marko-curlin Thanks for the feature request! I also thought about adding this already a couple of times. I didn't so far partly because I didn't have the time and partly because I thought it's part of the fun to not know in which direction the curve initially goes.
