This project has been idle for a while, but will pick back up. In the reboot, let's do a few things,

[x] rename to TVB to avoid confusion
[x] back to makefile
[ ] keep tests in C
[ ] drop vtable approach
[ ] flatten src & includes to simpler structure
[ ] approach vectorization for mass model eval & CUDA for accelerators
