Missing Dependency car #70

When using the recode operation, I received an error. Upon checking with the show_harmo_error I saw that I have to have the car package installed. The package is typically installed by many users, however, it might not be on fresh installations / new versions of R etc. So, it would be good if this could be moved from "Suggest" to the "Import" field in the Description file. After installation of the package, the code runs as expected. Screenshot_car_Dependency
