Should provide progress bar / feedback during book download #8

While downloading a book from Project Gutenberg, there is no indication on the screen to let the user know if the download is progressing or stuck. The screen has a scroll animation and only the text 'Downloading book'. Would be nice if there was som progress bar or some number increasing or something indicating if the download is going well.

Tested Dorian on N900 just now, and the lack of activity indication is still a problem. It has been running for 5-10 minutes no, without any changes to the screen, and appear to be stuck. I'll give it a lot longer in the hope that it is actually doing something, but it would be nice to know.

It proved to be stuck. After 7 hours, the "download" was still not done and I aborted it.
