hildon application manager: also notify for updates of non-extra packages #365

I think any packages in our repositories and in the debian/devuan repositories should trigger update notifications if updates are available. And of course, HAM should actually allow users to upgrade those packages as well.

Will it not slow down HAM though when it tries to parse and display the large number of packages in De(bi|vu)an?

I doubt it. apt is plenty fast. Whatever made HAM slow previously, I think it can be easily fixed.
