It seems like the complete benchmark suite is not available online.  Some of the
required headers seem to be missing.  Blocked until I hear back from the UIUC 
folks.

Haven't heard back from the UIUC folks about this... Moving on to other 
benchmarks...

Found the relevant files on the UIUC website.  Was able to compile the 
benchmarks and
integrate them into the ocelot codebase.  There are now regression tests that 
all
pass for each parboil benchmark.
