Improve Protocol Parameters endpoint integration in this SDK by completing the following actions:

[ ] Review response/object definitions.
[ ] Remove deprecated Protocol parameters (old) /protocol-params endpoint
[ ] Add missing Protocol parameters /protocol-parameters endpoint
[ ] Overall test the new endpoint with different calls.
