Link from published gem back to correct fork #18

I tried to find the maestrodev branch from the rubygems page just now, but I got linked back to the original fork. This PR updates that so that I don't get confused next time :smile:

Thanks, although the gem is going to converge in a few days now that I got push rights to librarian-puppet
