Dependencies #22

Add a list of package dependencies to the readme. Also create an anaconda environment with all the package dependencies.

The only dependency that isn't included in a standard anaconda distribution is DEAP, which is included manually (calibration -> deap). There should be no reason to include a list of dependencies, especially if the package is compiled into an executable.
