feat(auth): evaluate cloudflare access #62

Administration tools might not support basic authentication (https://github.com/maevsi/maevsi_stack/issues/60) being set for the reverse proxy. Thus, Cloudflare Access might be a solution. Alternatively, look for other authentication mechanisms in Traefik, like single sign on.
