Need a list of suitable starter feeds #12

A good cross-section of RSS feeds is required for users who have just
started.  This will allow for low-barrier of entry.

Some examples of Feeds that should be in the cross-section:

* Washington Post
* Time
* BBC
* News Weekly
* New York Times

There should only be feeds in this list that are non abrasive or offensive
