Scanner does not read until EOF in Linux #7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use a Scanner to read "reut2-017.sgm" in Linux.
2. Iterate through every line in the file.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
See and run the attached Java file.  These questions are answered there.
