Thank you for your work on this tool. I am currently using ACTINN across several query samples with the same large reference. Each time I run ACTINN on a sample, I am training as well as testing.
I am wondering if there is a way to train ACTINN on my reference and save the model once, and then load it for each query sample without retraining each time.
