We did not use the human PBMCs as reference in our study. But you can predict their cell types by ACTINN first. Then you can use the predicted cell types as the reference label to predict cell types for new datasets.
But how can I predict cell types by ACTINN if I don't have a trained data with its label?😂

You can get the labels by predicting it using ACTINN with mouse cell atlas. However, I would trained ACTINN directly on the mouse cell atlas, and predict the labels for you sample.
