Add feed header #121

This is the last thing I wanna land before calling 3.0.0 the first stable release / LTS.

Basically adds a new message to the feed that is always the first one that allows other people to easily identify that this is indeed a hyperdb.

Essential for crawlers, archivers, you name it.

From an IRC discussion with @pfrazee: We plan to indicate a future version of this HTTP style like so {protocol: 'hyperdb/v2'} or {protocol: 'hyperdb/2'} which should make this header format easy to support across multiple data structures
