Playing a feed from tcp or udp #133

Hi,

Is it possible to play a feed which is coming from tcp or udp? It can be using format vp8 or h264. I am casting the screen from android which is sending data over tcp or udp. I am looking for a player which can play the feed coming from either of the protocol.
