[WIP] Finesse UI Interactions #6

:construction:

This PR:

add a click buffer to the control icons (so that you don't have to click exactly on the icon)
add hover state to control icons

color added to show click buffer

To do:

[x] Fix click interactions ~~(they break, I think, because icons are now wrapped in <a>)~~ changed to span
[x] Make sure it still looks as expected with download speed shown
