AV1 in enhancr does not support 120fps videos on non-interpolation modes, slows it down instead. #45

When upscaling/restoring 120fps videos and setting the codec to av1, the output video is slowed down, my guess 2x to 60fps. Why? Av1 does support HFR videos, but why not in enhancr?
