Non-breaking improvements #5

Automatically detect if app should be in devMode
Version in Discord RPC now shouldn't be needed to change manually per update
Uses Font Awesome from npm
Makes sure to always use MSVS 2017 so we can have a guaranteed launch even with multiple MSVS versions installed
Made sure hls.js works offline
