Sorry for the delayed response, I did notice that, it happened when I changed my github username, the fact is that is the same repository (with different name) so this may be happening because apm is not able to tell the difference when you change the repo name. I will see what I can do though.
Today I tried to unpublish the package in question, I got the following error:
For clarification, when changed my github username, this package -> https://atom.io/packages/diff was not administrable by me anymore, even when I am the same preson who created it, so when publishing the next version a new package was created -> https://atom.io/packages/atom-cli-diff, both packages point to the same repo.
I will create an issue in apm repo, so this can be sorted out.
Closing, the package in question is gone
On atom.io a package based on your repo is published but it's outdated and uninstallable. Additionally the user seems to have deleted his/her Github account.
Maybe you could use the flag button to contact the atom team?
